Personal data we collect

We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. The information collected depends on how you interact with us.

  • Contact and business details, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, company name, website URL, and job role.
  • Project information, including your store platform, catalog needs, business goals, estimated budget or revenue range, desired timeline, and messages you send to us.
  • Communications and relationship records, such as emails, meeting notes, proposals, support requests, and your communication preferences.
  • Technical and security data normally provided by your browser or hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, device and browser type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic logs.
  • Contract and billing records if you become a client. Payments are handled under the applicable proposal, contract, invoice, and payment provider terms. This public website does not directly collect payment card details.
03

How and why we use personal data

We process personal data only when we have a valid reason under applicable law. Depending on the context, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing a legitimate business interest, or your consent.

  • Respond to inquiries, assess project fit, arrange calls, prepare proposals, and provide requested information. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
  • Deliver contracted services, administer projects, provide support, invoice clients, and manage the client relationship. The legal basis is performance of a contract and compliance with accounting or tax obligations.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the website and our systems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and effective service.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, prevent misuse, and enforce agreements. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and, where applicable, a legal obligation.
  • Send marketing communications where permitted. We rely on consent where required or legitimate interest for relevant business-to-business communications. You can opt out at any time.
04

Cookies and similar technologies

At the effective date of this policy, the iPeptides website does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tags. Essential browser storage or server logs may still be used when required for security, load balancing, remembering a request you make, or basic site operation.

If we add analytics, advertising, embedded media, or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent before those technologies are activated. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential storage can affect site functionality.

05

When we share personal data

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

  • To service providers that support website hosting, email, communications, scheduling, customer relationship management, file storage, project management, security, accounting, and professional advice.
  • To WeTechPro personnel and contractors who need the information to evaluate or deliver your project.
  • To authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, and legal claims.
  • To a successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar business event, subject to appropriate safeguards.
06

International data transfers

WeTechPro serves clients and may use service providers in more than one country. As a result, personal data may be accessed or processed outside France or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and supplementary safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

You may contact us to request more information about the safeguards relevant to your personal data.

07

How long we keep personal data

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. We then delete or anonymize it unless continued retention is required by law.

  • Unsuccessful inquiries and prospect records are generally retained for up to three years after the last meaningful contact.
  • Client and project records are generally retained for the duration of the relationship and for up to five years afterward for contract and legal-claim purposes.
  • Invoices and accounting documents may be retained for up to ten years where required by French law.
  • Security and technical logs are retained for a limited period proportionate to troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and system security needs.
  • Opt-out records may be retained as needed to ensure we continue to respect your preference.
08

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive certain data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

You also have an unconditional right to object to direct marketing. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect personal data from unauthorized requests. Legal exceptions can limit some rights.

To exercise a right, email contact@wetechpro.com. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés at cnil.fr.

09

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against accidental loss and unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, secure transmission, backups, system monitoring, and limiting access to people with a business need.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit health data, passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information through general contact fields unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure channel.

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators, not by WeTechPro. Review their privacy notices before providing personal data.
