iPeptides is a service and sub-brand operated by WeTechPro. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ipeptides.bio and its content, forms, case studies, and other public features.

By using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you use the website for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website information and services

iPeptides presents specialized website design, e-commerce development, catalog, COA, conversion, SEO, and related consulting services for peptide-sector businesses. Website content is general information and an invitation to discuss a potential project. It is not a binding offer, quote, guarantee, or commitment to accept work.

A service relationship begins only when the parties accept a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written confirmation. That document defines the project scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, dependencies, acceptance process, intellectual-property terms, support, and cancellation rights.

Regulatory and client responsibilities

WeTechPro provides technology, design, and business consulting services. We are not a law firm, medical provider, laboratory, payment processor, or regulatory authority. Information on this website is not legal, medical, tax, payment-underwriting, or regulatory advice.

For claims arising solely from use of the free public website and not from a separate paid agreement, WeTechPro's total aggregate liability will not exceed 100 euros. Limits applicable to paid services are set out in the relevant project agreement.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Business-user indemnity

If you use the website on behalf of a business, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify WeTechPro against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, material you submit, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these terms. This section does not apply where the claim was caused by WeTechPro's own breach or unlawful conduct.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business, or applicable law. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms.
